Altair Inspire checks for potential problems with the model before running an analysis or optimization and will suggest solutions when problems are found.
Inspire Errors and Alerts
There are a number of problems that can prevent analysis or optimization from running successfully. The most common reasons for failed runs are improperly defined load cases.

Can't Run Optimization

Condition

The optimization will not run. You may get an error that says Error Preparing Optimization or Can't Run Optimization.

Remedy

If you get either of the errors above, it's best to contact support. Please contact www.altair.com/customer-support.
If you can provide the model to us, we may be able to diagnose the problem for you and get you running.
