Invalid Spot Weld

The run cannot be completed because the spot weld size is too large, or the material at the spot weld location is missing due to optimization.

The diameter of the spot weld and the mesh size need to be similar for the spot weld to connect properly.

In cases where you have a spot weld on a flange, you can also get this error if the diameter of the spot weld is too large in relation to the flange. To fix this issue, decrease the diameter of the spot weld.
