Inspire Errors and Alerts
There are a number of problems that can prevent analysis or optimization from running successfully. The most common reasons for failed runs are improperly defined load cases.

Error Creating New Process

Condition

Optimization could not be started. This error occurs when Inspire is unable to start the optimization calculation module, which runs as a separate executable in the background.

Cause

This can happen if you have very little free memory available when you start the run.

Remedy

Check if there are other applications or processes consuming most of the available memory, and wait for them to finish before rerunning the optimization.
If your installation has been damaged and is missing the required executables, this message may occur, in which case you will need to reinstall Inspire.
