Snapshot Life cycle

Snapshot Life cycle option is available in Program Management > Snapshot tab.

• A product can have multiple EDC Snapshots.
• For each EDC Snapshot there are multiple Department Snapshots, one for each department.
• EDC Snapshots and department Snapshots have their specific life-cycle as illustrated below.

  

Note:

• Users with EDC-Approver Role can change state to EDC Snapshots and Department Snapshots.
• Users with Department-Approver Role can change state to Department Snapshots only.
• Some EDC Snapshot life cycle state transitions (WIP > Checked and Checked > WIP) are performed automatically by WA when the related Department Snapshot state transition occurs.

  

• In the Product > Snapshots tab, the grid shows rows composed by Department Snapshot data and the related EDC Snapshot data.
• In that grid, there are listed the Department Snapshots related to the Department to which the current user belongs.
