Mount Data

View and edit mount information.

  1. From the menu bar, click Properties > Mount Data.

  2. Select mounting machine: Select mounting machine to see and edit mount information.
    The mounting information is different depending on the mounting machine.
  3. Mounting Information for Panasonic mounting machine:
    1. Physical Class: Select the physical package class of the part.
      Rectangular Chip, Leaded Component, Ball Grid Array, and Odd Shaped Component are available.
    2. Cylindrical Part: Check this if the shape of the part is cylindrical.
    3. Dimensions: Define the sizes of the body and pins.
    4. Packing Information: Define the packing information.
    5. Picking: Define the picking point and angle.
    6. Allow Reverse (180): Check this if the part can be mounted in a 180-degree rotation.
    7. Body Height: Z: Define the height of the part (optional).
    8. Select Standard Mount DB: Select the standard mount database for importing mount information.
    9. Mount information: Define the mount information.
    10. Control Menus:
      • Master Library: Define master library file and path.
      • Nozzle Selection: Select Nozzle to be used.
      • Mount Equipment: Define mounting machine
      • OK: Save and close the mount information setting.
      • Cancel: Discard changes and close the mount information setting.
  4. Mounting information for Fuji mounting machine.
    1. Part Data: Define the part information for mounting.
    2. Packing Information: Define the packing information.
    3. Allow Reverse(180): Check this if the part can be mounted in a 180-degree rotation.
    4. Body Height: Z: Define the height of the part (optional).
    5. Select Standard Mount DB: Select the standard mount database for importing mount information.
    6. Shape information: Define the shape size and process of mounting.
    7. Control Menus:
      • Master Library: Define master library file and path.
      • Nozzle Selection: Select Nozzle to be used.
      • Mount Equipment: Define mounting machine
      • OK: Save and close the mount information setting.
      • Cancel: Discard changes and close the mount information setting.
  5. Mounting information for Hitachi mounting machine.
    1. Component Data: Define the part information for mounting.
    2. Allow Reverse(180): Check this if the part can be mounted in a 180-degree rotation.
    3. Body Height: Z: Define the height of the part (optional).
    4. Select Standard Mount DB: Select the standard mount database for importing mount information.
    5. Mounting Machine Information: Define the control and carrier data of the mounting machine.
    6. Control Menus:
      • Master Library: Define master library file and path.
      • Nozzle Selection: Select Nozzle to be used.
      • Mount Equipment: Define mounting machine
      • OK: Save and close the mount information setting.
      • Cancel: Discard changes and close the mount information setting.
