Required computer configuration

1. Introduction

This section presents the minimum and recommended configurations for Altair^® FluxMotor^®.

2. Minimum configuration required


Element	Characteristics
Processor	Intel or AMD64 bits - Multi-core
Memory	Hard disk: 20GiB - RAM: 8GiB
Screen format	4:3 - 1024 x 768

Note: When running with RAM: 8GiB, it is recommended to use only FluxMotor^® under the serial mode of computations (See user preferences).

3. Recommended configuration for using Altair® FluxMotor®


Element	Characteristics
Processor	Intel or AMD64 bits - Multi-core
Memory	Hard disk: 30GiB - RAM: 16GiB
Screen format	Full HD - 1920 x 1080

Installation folder - Warning about the path name

Non Ascii characters are not allowed in the path name while creating the folder in which FluxMotor is installed.

Failure to comply with this instruction may cause the software to malfunction.
