Reset Your Password

  1. From the initial Login screen, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the account's email address and click Reset Password.
    A message appears, and an email is sent to the email address provided.
  3. Click the link on the email and enter a new password.
    Note: Passwords should have more than 8 characters, at least one capital letter and one symbol. Weak passwords, such as "12356" are not allowed. For more information, visit ORY Kratos.
  4. Click Reset Password.
    A confirmation message of the process success appears.
  5. Click Done.
    You are redirected to the login screen.
