PolyFoam Analysis
Run an analysis to minimize defects and prevent manufacturing problems for a foam part design.
- Process Parameters
  Use the Process Parameters icon to define the ending condition of the simulation, define a parting line, and set up the model for tilt pouring, centrifugal foaming, or moving mold parts.
- Run Options
  Choose whether to run jobs in sequence or in parallel.
- Run Analysis
  Define settings and execute an analysis of a foaming part design. Generate results for individual or combined events.
- Show Analysis Results
  Display and review the results of an analysis.
- Result Types
  A set of result types is available for each of the four analysis stages: injection, foaming, curing and defects.
- Run Status
  View the status of the current run, as well runs for the current model that have not yet been viewed. To see all past runs, you need to view the run history.
- Run History
  View, sort, open, and delete past runs for the current and previous models.
- Report
  Generate PPT or PDF reports from analysis results. The Report tools are available after you have run an analysis.

Run Options

Choose whether to run jobs in sequence or in parallel.

Click the Run group label to define how jobs are run.

Local Sequential: Queue run requests on your local computer and run one after the other.
Local Parallel: Immediately execute all runs on your local computer, even if previous runs have not yet finished. The processing time for each individual run will increase because multiple simulations are being run simultaneously.
Add Server: Add and configure a remote job server.
