Create Parts Individually

Assign the part properties individually when unified parts are not available.

When the unified parts are not available, you need to specify the needed part properties separately for each part depending on the desired analysis type. To do Signal Integrity analysis, electrical properties are essential.

Choose one of the following methods to assign part properties:

Create arbitrary part and assign simulation model.
Create part using IBIS file.
