Use the Part Insert tool to define existing geometry as a part insert.

A part insert is separate from the molding part, and usually made of different material.
After the molding process, the part insert is part of the finished product.
Designate a Part Insert
Identify any part inserts you've already designed in a CAD tool.
Click the Tooling icon.
Click Designate Part Insert on the Part
Insert icon.
