How to mesh with skin effect in 2D

Introduction

The workflow advised to mesh a device in 2D with skin effect is to use the Skin effect mesh macro.

Few user operations are required to obtain the mesh and it works with all conductors shapes.

It is also possible to mesh the skin depth by using Flux meshing tools but it requires some user operations on both geometry and mesh and it works only with simple skin depth shapes. This alternative workflow can be used if user is not satisfied by the mesh obtained by the macro (shape or number of elements, etc.).
