Upload files to Altair Drive to submit jobs and access data using a remote desktop session.

The file size of 500MB can be uploaded directly to Altair Drive. If they are larger than 500MB, use Altair Drive Desktop to transfer the files and sync between online Altair Drive and the Altair Drive Desktop on your local machine. For more information refer to install Altair Drive Desktop.

Each user is provided with 1TB of storage and can share data with employees in the same company. More details on the web-native 3D Viewer and its capabilities can be followed using the Altair Drive Help.
Note that the 1TB limit per user is currently a recommended limit. Jobs won't fail if this limit is exceeded, but it may be enforced strictly in the future and potentially affect performance.
You can submit jobs to Altair One appliances directly using Altair Drive Desktop.
