For Pulse to launch an application it must be registered
in the Application Browser. Use the Update Application option to
automatically register all Altair Simulation applications installed
on the local disc. The Register option allows you to register any application
individually. Figure 1.
Most of the applications require arguments to be launched. For Altair applications an argument selector provides a
convenient way to select argument options. Figure 2.
The applications with its arguments will be launched through a task. Each task has an
additional option to locally amend the arguments defined in the Application Browser.
