hmnike
Translates files from the -state database to HyperMesh binary results files.
Syntax
hmnike [arguments] <inputfile> <outputfile> <modelfile>
Application
Translators
Description
The supported results include:
- Nodal
- Temperatures
- Displacements
- Velocities
- Accelerations
Note: Temperatures and accelerations are not supported in the current version of LS-NIKE3D. When they are supported in LS-NIKE3D, this program can run without change and still post-process these quantities. - BricksThese values are output at each of the 8 gauss points. In addition, hmnike computes a center value for each. The center value for the stresses Sigma-xx, Sigma-yy, Sigma-zz, Sigma-xy, Sigma-yz, and Sigma-zx is the average of the gauss points values. The center value for the von Mises Stress, Principal Stresses, and the Maximum Shear Stress is computed based on the center value of the other stresses. The central value for the Plastic Strains is the average of the values at the gauss points.
