Altair License Manager 15.5 (and updates) is required for Altair 2024.1 and its updates.

HyperWorks 9.1, 10.1, 11.0, 12.0, 13.0, 14.0, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 as well as 2024.1 are compatible with Altair License Manager 15.5. Refer to the documentation included with the Altair License Management System 15.5 package (and updates) for details on how to set up the new license server and other information.
