Examine and Modify External References Screen

Use this screen to examine and modify the references in binary models and projects in the current source folder (specified in the Source Folder field on the Specify Source Files screen. This screen displays when you select the "Manage External References in Binary Models or Projects" option on the Choose a Task screen, then click the Next button on the Specify Source Files screen.

Options

The Examine and Modify External References screen includes the following options:

• Show References To

• • Model Files - Select to view all references to model files in the models and projects.

  • Report Files - Select to view all references to report files in the models and projects.

  • Export Destination Files or Folders - Select to view all references to destination files or folders in the models and projects.

  • Database Connections - Select to view all references to database connections in the models and projects.

• Find - Click to display the Find dialog, with which you can search for any text string in the grid.

• Replace - Click to display the Replace dialog, with which you can find and replace any text string in the grid.

• Source - Lists the paths of the models and projects that contain references to the selected items under the Show References To heading.

• Type - Displays the type of each reference (e.g., model, report, datasource).

• Current Reference - Displays the path and file name of the current reference.

• New Reference - Enter a path and file name for the new reference.

• Back - Displays the Specify Source Files screen.

• Next - Displays the Task Summary screen.

• Cancel - Closes the Monarch Utility.

• Help - Displays this help topic.
