Examine and Modify Authors and Descriptions screen

Use this screen to examine and modify the authors and descriptions of binary models and projects in the current source folder (specified in the Source Folder field on the Specify Source Files screen). This screen displays when you select the "Manage Authors and Descriptions in Binary Models or Projects" option on the Choose a Task screen, and then click the Next button on the Specify Source Files screen.

Options

The Examine and Modify Authors and Descriptions screen includes the following options:

• Find - Click to display the Find dialog, which you can use to locate a text string in any cell in the table.

• Replace - Click to display the Replace dialog, which you can use to locate and replace a text string in any cell in the table.

• Source - Lists the paths and file names of the models or projects that contain external references.

• Author - Displays the contents of the Author field on Monarch’s Project and Model Information dialog. Note: By default, the name of the registered Monarch user is entered in this field.

• Description - Displays the contents of the Description field of Monarch’s Project and Model Information dialog.

• Back - Click to return to the previous screen of the wizard.

• Next - Click to advance to the Task Summary screen.

• Cancel - Click to close the Monarch Utility wizard without running the task.

• Help - Displays this help topic.
