Description

This is a Mutual Inductance. It models the coupling inductances.

The mutual inductor refers not to the sharing of inductance but rather to the interaction of inductance L1 and L2. The electrical behavior of one coil influences the electrical behavior of a nearby coil given by the following relation:

mutual_equation1

L1, L2, and M are the primary, secondary, and coupling inductances respectively.
