Advanced Search

Build specific search to filter and locate files, combine multiple filter values such as file extension, content type, tags, file size, and by modification details.

  1. Click beside the search bar.
    The Advanced Filter panel is displayed.

  2. Use the available Filters to refine the search.
    1. File Extensions: Select one or more file types.
    2. Content Types: Filter by file categories.
    3. Last Modified By: Filter by user.
    4. Last Modified Time: Specify a date range.
    5. File Size: Define file size. For example, Small (0KB-1MB), Medium (1MB-1GB), Large (> 1GB), or enter a custom value.
    6. Tags: Select one or more tags to filter tagged files.
    Select the required filter values. The application filters the files list automatically and the advanced search result is displayed.
  3. Review the filtered results in the file list.
    The search result displays the number of files in the search result and the selected filters. Hoverover the filter to view the complete list of filters applied.
    Note: Click Clear all filters to reset the advanced search.
  4. Select the search result file, to view the file options.
    The Export CSV and Action Ribbon options are enabled.

  5. The search result can be exported as a CSV file using . The exported CSV file has been downloaded to your default download location.
  6. Click Show Location from the action ribbon, the location of the result file is displayed.
