Block JIG Generator GUI
Learn the Block JIG Generator interface.
The Block JIG Generator interface contains the following sections:
- Load Editing: Load the saved job file (*.PBRJI).
- Save Editing: Save the Block JIG Generator job as a file (*.PBRJI).
- Setting Rule: Set the rules for creating the Block JIG. Refer to Block JIG Rule Setup.
- Base Line: Enter the information for creating the Block JIG baseline. Refer to PCB Outline and Bridge Recognition.
- Vacuum Hole: Enter the vacuum hole for PCB absorption on the Block JIG. Refer to Create Vacuum Hole and Component Support.
- Component Height: Enter the height to build the component support. Refer to Create Vacuum Hole and Component Support.
- Generate Boundary Line: Generate the Block JIG boundary line. Refer to Generate JIG Data.
- Generate Shared Block: Generate the engraved area for mounting the panel PCB. Refer to Generate JIG Data.
- Generate Bottom: Generate unevenness on the opposite of the Block Jig. Refer to Generate JIG Data.
- Export Gerber: Export the generated Block JIG data to the Gerber format. Refer to Export JIG Data.
- Export DXF: Export the generated Block JIG data to the DXF format. Refer to Export JIG Data.
