Share an Appliance

Share the deployed appliance to an individual user or team members.

Administrator creates an appliance by installing the required applications and then shares it with the users or teams.
  1. Click on the left pane.
    The deployed appliance is displayed.

    Tip: Enter the deployed appliance name in the Search text box to search for an appliance.

  2. Click displayed on the Appliance application card to share the appliance.

  3. To share with a user:
    1. For Add User, begin entering the user name of a user with whom you like to share the appliance.
      A list of matching user names are displayed.

    2. Select a user from the list.
    3. Repeat the two previous steps to share the appliance with additional users.
  4. To share it with a team:
    1. For Add Team, begin entering the name of the team with whom you like to share the appliance.
      A list of matches are displayed.

    2. Select a team from the list.
    3. Repeat the two previous steps to share the appliance with additional teams.
  5. Click Submit.
    The selected appliance is shared.
