Replace Dialog

Use this dialog to replace text in any cell in the grid displayed on the Examine and Modify External References screen or the Examine and Modify Authors and Descriptions screen. To access the Replace dialog, click the Replace button on either screen.

Options

The Replace dialog includes the following options:

• Find What - Enter the text string you want to replace.

• Replace With - Enter the text string you want to replace the "Find What" text string with.

• Match Case - Select to enforce a case-sensitive search for the text in the Find What field. Note: If you don't select this check box, all instances of the specified text will be found, regardless of their case.

• Find Next - Locates the next occurrence of the text in the Find What field.

• Replace - Replaces the highlighted text with the text in the Replace With field.

• Replace All - Replaces all instances of the text in the Find What field with the text in the Replace With field.

• Cancel - Cancels the replace operation and closes the dialog without saving any changes.
