Find a Password

A forgotten password can be found through the Find password.

1. At the log in screen, click Find Password.
   The Find Password dialog opens.

2. In the Find Password dialog, enter the ID of the account for which you want to find the password.
3. Click Send.
   A temporary password is sent to the your registered email.
4. Log in with the temporary password.
   The Change Password dialog opens.
5. Do either of the following:
   • Enter a new password, confirm the password, and click Change.
   • Click Skip to log in with the temporary password.
