The Workbooks page provides context menu in each folder or subfolder and the workbooks.

The Workbooks page context menu options include:

Menu Option	Description
Rename	Rename a workbook or subfolder.
History	View workbook history and republish.
Move	Move a workbook to another folder or subfolder the user has permission to.
Copy	Copy a workbook to another folder or subfolder the user has permission to.
Download	Download a copy of the workbook.
Export Bundle	Export a bundle of the workbook or folder including the data files and data tables linked inside the workbook.
Share	Share workbook with other users.
Remove	Delete the workbook or folder.
