Deterministic Optimization

Set up a deterministic optimization and execution defining the objective of decoupling rigid body modes, creating constraints for rigid body mode frequencies, and specifying design space for variables in terms of mount stiffness, locations, and inclinations.

Create constraints for rigid body mode frequencies and mount stiffness, and submit an optimization run.

From the Display tab, display and compare rigid body mode frequencies and kinetic energy, baseline vs. optimized. A comparison review is shown of the design variables, optimized vs. baseline. You can save the configuration file with optimized design variables for further studies.
