View Files or Folders Shared With Me

View the files or folders that are shared by other users.

You can modify files or folders that are shared with you based on permissions provided to you.

To view the items shared to you:

  1. Click from your Favorite Apps on the home page.
    The Files tab is displayed.
  2. Click Shared on the left pane.

    The list also provides information about when a file or folder was shared and who shared it.

    Alternatively, you can navigate to your folder and click the SharedWithMe directory to view the shared files. A list of user folders who have shared the files or folders with you are displayed.
    Tip: Click to filter the list of shared files by a user name.
