HMIN_table_column_double_write()
Writes double column data to a table.

Description
Writes double column data to a table. This must be preceded by a call to HMIN_table_write().
Inputs
- column_array
- The double array containing the column data.
- array_size
- The size (number of rows) in the column array.
- index
- The index of the column in the table.
Errors
Incorrect usage results in an FE-input error.
