Surface Probes
Create a set of surface probe points.

- Set start type to Time or Iteration

- Set start time to write output

- Set start iteration to write output
- samplingType
- Set sampling type to Target Frequency, Refinement Level, or Output Interval
- targetFrequency
- Set target Frequency to automatically compute output timestep size
- refinementLevel
- Set refinementLevel to automatically compute the sub-timestep size
- outputInterval
- Set output timestep size in iteration units
