Suppressing Zero Values

With Monarch Classic, you can suppress the display of zero values in the Table and Summary windows. You can use this feature to remove zeros from the display while retaining the underlying values. Suppressed zeros remain available to calculated field and filter expressions, and are used when sorting the table, when building summary definitions, and when exporting.

Note: Suppressed zeros are not included when printing and when exporting to a text file.

  1. On the Home ribbon, select Options. The Options Window displays.

  2. Select View from the Options Window ribbon to display the View Options window.

  3. Click on the Suppress zero values check box.

  4. To save this setting as the default for future Monarch Classic sessions, select Accept. To restore the previously saved default, select Cancel.
