Launch HgTrans

Launch HgTrans on Windows:
1. Select Start > All apps > Altair <version>. > Tools.
2. Double click the HgTrans <version> executable.
Launch HgTrans on Linux:
1. In a Unix shell, execute the hgtrans script in the altair/scripts directory.
  A GUI is invoked.
