Sketch Beam Sections with HyperBeam

  1. From the 1D ribbon, Beam Sections tool group, click the Sketch tool.


    Figure 1.
    HyperBeam opens, which you can use to create and control beam section data.

    A solid section creation dialog also opens by default.

  2. Define solid section parameters and click Create, or click Abort to close the dialog.

To exit HyperBeam and return to HyperMesh, click x in the top-right corner of the window.
