Specifying Paths to Macro Files
You can specify/modify the path to macro files that you previously created or those shared with you via the Default Paths item of the Application Default Settings dialog.
This item also displays when you click Import from File or Edit Shared Path buttons in the Macros section of the Data Source Library.
By default, your personal macros are stored in a file named PersonalMacros.dpmc. You can rename this file and share it with others if you wish.
If you already have a Macro Collection file and wish to use this file instead, click on the Browse for an existing Macro Collection file 
button and then use the file browser that displays to navigate to your Macro Collection file. Click Save on the Save As dialog and OK on the Application Default Settings dialog to save and apply your changes.
To access macros from a shared Macro Collection file, in the Shared Macro Collection setting, click on the Browse for an existing Macro Collection file button and then use the file browser that displays to navigate to the shared Macro Collection file. Click Save on the Save As dialog and OK on the Application Default Settings dialog to save and apply your changes.
If the paths to the selected Macro Collection files are properly established, all available macros display in the Macro section of the Data Source Library.
