Moving the Report Index

Although the Report Index is initially positioned to the right of the report, it can be dragged and docked to each of the other three window edges.

Click down on Report Index title bar and then drag. As you drag the index over the report view, a shadow image of the index will display to indicate that it is no longer docked to the side of the report view.
Select a location and then release the mouse button to drop the Report Index at the desired location.
