Overview

In Motor Factory – Desing area, the environment “Shaft” allows to the design of the shape and the dimensions of the machine shaft on the central part section and both end shafts of the machine.

The user inputs, the cross section, the axial view and the datasheet can be selected and displayed.

The design of the machine shaft differs according to whether an inner or outer rotor is considered. Hence, a section is defined for each of the two configurations.
