FE Geometry

  - Working with Models
    Open animation files, measure various distances and angles between entities, and use the Results Browser to view the model structure and find, display, and edit entities.
  - Animate and Visualize Results
    Create section cuts and explore the various result plotting tools.
  - Create Entities
    Create and edit user-defined data type expressions, derived load cases, and systems. You can also plot a forming limit diagram, generate streamlines, track entities during animation, and create and import/export sets of entities.

      The Expression Builder is a graphical user interface which allows user-defined data type expressions to be authored directly within HyperView.
      - Output Parameters
        The output parameters section of the Expression Builder allows you to define the data type label and output for the newly created result.

        The list of available operators is controlled by the template file selected when loading a model and result, and it can be modified by adding or removing <using /> statements in the template.

    - Derived Load Cases
      The Loadcase tool allows you to create a derived load case from other load cases, or from a combination of other load cases and simulation steps.

NVH Library

The NVH library contains operators which are used for frequency domain and acoustics functions.

All operations in the NVH library operate with complex data and output complex data. This may seem counterintuitive, considering all the operations available (at this point) should be viewed as real data (the imaginary part will always be 0.0), but because data types get added to an existing subcase, and the subcase is complex, the output of these operators should be viewed at 0˚ within the application.

The acoustics operators are designed to maximize flexibility and are designed to work together, and can accommodate both vector and scalar participation input.
