Media Browser
The MediaView Media Browser is located on the tab area sidebar and allows you to view and edit media files.
From the Media Browser, you can search, display, and edit media
files and their properties within the current session. The media data is viewed in a
tree structure within the browser. From the Media Browser, you
can select entities one at a time or several simultaneously using common selection
techniques. Use the Media Browser context-sensitive menus to
select entities. Operations available in the MediaView
panels can also be performed in the Media Browser, thus allowing
you to modify entities in one location. They include:
- Movies
- Markers
- Measures
- Notes
- Headers/Footers

The Media Browser can be turned on or off using the View > Media Browser menu option. A check mark indicates that the Media Browser is active and is displayed.
