View the license usage details at suite level, feature level, and user
level.
The license usage is displayed by application and date. It displays the number of
licenses used at the check out date and time, license ID and the remaining days for the
license.
Click on the top-left corner.
Click Hosted Licenses from Manage Account
section.
The Dashboard page is displayed.
Click View License Usage from the suite that you have
access.

Select the suite level from the License drop-down
menu.
The license usage for all the applications under the selected suite
level is displayed. The license usage is displayed for each application. The
number of licenses, Checkout time, Expiry time, Share String, Authorization host
name and other details are displayed.
Choose one of the following to filter the license usage list.
Features, displays the list of all the applications belonging to a
suite. Select the required list of applications to view the license
usage.
Only my usage, displays the number of licenses used by the user for the
instance with the check out time and date.
Only used licenses, displays the total number of licenses used for the
application under the selected suite along with the checkout time and
date.
Collapse on share string, displays the total number of licenses used by
the user using the shared string.
For each application in suite, the total number of licenses used, license
expire date, and the version information is displayed.
Optional: Click the Refresh link to view the latest license usage
list.
