User Defined Excel Format for Statistics
Create a user defined excel format for statistics.
Step 1 of 4
- Report Type: Set the recording direction of the Excel Report. Row Type- Record the report horizontally. Column Type- Write the report virtically.
- Excel File Path: Define the template file. When an Excel file path is defined, DFE uses this template to create an Excel report. Create the file beforehand.
- Result File saving Path: Define the report file path and name.
- Accumulate results in the existing result file. When checking, the report is accumulated and recorded in the file of 'Result File saving Path'. When unchecked, reports are not accumulated but written to the file in 'Result File saving Path'.
- Sheet Name: Select the sheet to use with the file from the Excel file path
- 1st Result Data Insertion Location: Select the cell where the result data from the first category will be saved.
- Temporary Data Recognition ID Area: Select a cell for the program to use for the Temporary Data Recognition ID Area. Often, 1-A is selected.
- Click Next.

- Header Type Count Setting: Display the rows/columns corresponding to the test result. For example, If you need 5 rows and 10 columns, enter 5 for row and enter 10 for columns then click Apply.
- Add User/Product Information: When selected, the User/Product information is recorded in the report file.
- Select Cell Type: Set the title to be recorded in the Header section of the Report. User Defined String- Users can select the Header Name from drop-down list. Predefined Item- PollEx records Header Name by default. Text File- Import a text file containing the Header Name.
- Include Group Name Automatically: Record the Category of the Test Item in the Report.
- Save/Save As: You can save what you have written so far. The file extension is *.DFEES.
- Load: You can load previously saved *.DFEES files.
- After completing Steps 1 to 4, click Finish/Excel Export to create a report as shown below.
