Filing Tasks Report

A Filing Task report is one of the configuration reports provided by Monarch Server. This report includes all existing filing processes and their assigned filing tasks, and provides the following information about them:

  • Names of filing processes

  • Execution frequency of each filing process

  • Filing task(s) assigned to each process

  • File name mask of each filing task

  • Location (that is, the server) to which reports are filed

  • Post-processing actions (for example, leave, move, etc.)

  • Document types assigned to each filing task

  • Default indexes (if specified) of each filing task

To view and print a Filing Tasks configuration report

  1. On the Navigation Tree, click System Reports and select Configuration.

  2. Click the Filing Tasks link. The Filing configuration report is displayed.

  3. To print the report, click theclip0014icon at the top of the page, then click OK in the Print dialog box.
