Blocking Report Instances
You can block all report instances via the Report Instances tab, so that reports cannot be searched for or viewed by non-admin users in MSClient.
To block all reports

On the Navigation Tree, click Report Warehouse, then click Document Management and select Document Types.

On the Document Types page, do one of the following:

Click the name of the document type you want to block reports for.

Select the document type by clicking anywhere on the row, and then click
.
The Document Type page appears.

Select the Report Instances tab at the top of the page.

Click
to block all reports. Check marks will appear in the Blocked column of the table.
Note: To unblock all reports, click 
. Users in MSClient will be able to search for and view the reports.
