Document States Security

To assign rights of managing document state

  1. On the Navigation Tree, click Rights and Privileges, and select Roles, User Groups or Users.

  2. Click the name of the role, user group or user you want to assign rights to change document state to.

  3. Select the Document States Security tab at the top of the page.

  4. From the Document State Group drop-down list, select the appropriate document state group. The list of document states assigned to the selected document state group appears.
