Document Groups Report

A Document Groups report is one of the configuration reports provided by Monarch Server. This report includes all existing document groups, and provides the following information about them:

• Document types assigned to each document group

• Encoding formats (e.g., ASCII or Windows-1251) of the document types

• Autoname strings for each document type

• Index and report models for each document type

• Storage group, in which the document types are located

• Report name

• List of assigned indexes

To view and print a Document Groups configuration report

1. On the Navigation Tree, click System Reports and select Configuration.

2. Click the Document Groups link. The Document Groups report is displayed.

3. To print the report, click theicon at the top of the page, then click OK in the Print dialog box.
