On the Navigation Tree, click Server Library and select Change List.
Click 
at the end of the row with the change list you want to delete. A dialog box appears.
Click Delete to delete the change list from the list.
You can delete a change list from the system via the Change Lists page.

NOTE: If a change list has the Locked status (
), it cannot be deleted. First unlock the change list and then try again.
