Assigning Maintenance Tasks to Maintenance Processes
To execute a maintenance task, you need to assign it to a maintenance process. The process runs and executes the task at a certain time, according to the scheduled execution frequency.
Note: You can configure a new maintenance process and add the maintenance task to it, or you can add the task to an existing process.
To assign a maintenance task to a maintenance process

On the Navigation Tree, click Report Warehouse, then click Maintenance and select Maintenance Processes. The Maintenance Processes page appears.

On the Maintenance Processes page, click the name of the maintenance process you want to add a maintenance task to or click anywhere on its row, and then click

From the Available Tasks pane, drag the appropriate task to the Assigned Tasks pane.

Set the process execution frequency.

Click Save.
The process will execute the maintenance task according to the scheduled execution frequency.
NOTE: If you prefer, you can execute the process right away by clicking the Run Now button.
