Activity Monitor

Monarch Server provides the possibility to monitor current filing and maintenance activities performed in the system. 

To access the list of activities occurring in the system

  1. On the Navigation Tree, click System Reports, and select Activity Monitor. The following information is displayed:
    • Job type (i.e., Filing Process, Auto start Filing Process, or Maintenance Process)
    • Process name
    • Filing report name
    • Progress of activity
    • Description of activity
    • Start and end times
    • Status
  2. For each column in the grid, select any of the following operations by clicking more options:

    • Sort Ascending: Select this option to arrange the entries in ascending order.

    • Sort Descending: Select this option to arrange the entries in descending order.

    • Columns: Select the columns to display in the grid view.

    • Filter: Define the settings to filter the entries shown.

    • Group column: Combine identical entries into a single group, with each unique entry displayed once. Remove the grouping by clicking ungroup next to the name of the grouped column or by clicking more options again and then selecting Ungroup column.

    • Set Column Position: Choose between Move previous or Move next to arrange the columns.

    The following options are also available:

    • Export to Excel: Select this option to export the report as an Excel Worksheet (*.xlsx).

    • Export to PDF: Select this option to export the report as a PDF file (*.pdf).

    • Search: Enter a keyword to perform a search within the entries. 

    • Page navigation: Enter a page number or click the navigation arrows to switch pages.

    • X items per page: Choose the number of items to display from the dropdown menu.

    • Refresh: Click the Refresh button to display the most recent activities.
