Deleting a Template
When you delete a template, Monarch Data Prep Studio discards the template definition and removes all effects of the template from the Monarch Data Prep Studio session. In this case, the fields that were previously extracted by the template are no longer available to view.

Launch the Report Design window.

On the Template and Field Properties panel of the Report Design window, click on the template you wish to delete from the list of templates available.

Select the Delete Template
icon that appears to the right of the template you selected. -
A warning is displayed. Click OK to continue deleting the template or Cancel to the delete operation. Monarch Data Prep Studio deletes the template and discards the fields that belonged to it from the Data Preview panel.
CAUTION: Before clicking the OK, make sure you want to delete the template and be careful to select the correct template. When you click OK after selecting Delete Template, the template is deleted completely and cannot be recovered.
