Validate Simulation Run with Radioss Solver
Validate CAE simlation ready elastoplastic curve data for its accuracy.
Step 1: Import Raw Material
- Launch AMM and select Elastoplastic.
- Configure the file path for material data using Basic Settings.
- Import raw material data with stress-strain curves, either from a local file system or AMDC database.
Step 2: Create Solver Ready Material Card
- Click Advanced from the Create Material Card
section.

- On Advanced Modeler, select Radioss LAW 36.
- Edit the necessary parameter values.
- Select the required property and geometry. This will be the specimen for the
virtual tensile test.
Based on your simulation selections, the virtual simulation result is displayed.

Note: You may verify the visual result with different properties and geometries.
Step 3: Run Simulation
Run the simulation with the satisfied visual result.
- Click Run Simulation to validate the solver simulation run.
- Click OK over the card is generated message. The
Console Solver View displays the simulation summary.

.The visual and chart results from the validation are
overlayed for review.
Step 4: View Existing Runs
- Click the button L to view more validation simulation
run results. The best approximation will have the good correlation with test
data.

- Click Select All to review the simulation chart and visual results.
- From Simulation Results, select the required
validated simulation run result to review.
