Download Altair Material Modeler from Altair Marketplace.

Enter Material Modeler in the Search box.
Click Download on the right pane.

Select the required Suite Version.
Select the required Operating System.
Click Download to the right of each software package you would like to download. The Altair Material Modeler zipped file and other products are listed under Related Downloads.
Save and unzip the Material Modeler in a location where you have full permission rights to install.
