Report Filter

The report filter in the Historical tab helps you to select a report, update the reports by applying filters, and save the filter.

Select a Report

Select a report from the list to generate the report chart and to view its metrics.

The Metric changes based on the report that is selected. For example, the number of Runs (# Runs), number of Denials (# Denials), Token Hours, Usage Hours, and number of Users (# Users) are the metric for the Usage by Vendors report.

Select a report from the drop-down list to generate a report.

Filter Options

The filter options allows you to generate the report based on:
Note: The filter options change based on the report that is selected.
  • Date Range - select a date range for the report to be generated.
  • From and To - The From and To date is enabled when you select Custom in the date range.
  • Agent - Select a single or multiple agent that is registered with InsightPro for License Analytics. You can also search for a specific agent by typing the agent name in the Search here field.

  • Vendor - Select a single vendor or multiple vendors from the list. You can also search for a specific vendor by typing the vendor name in the Search here field.

    Note: If you have selected an Agent, then only the vendors associated with the agent will be displayed in the Vendor list.
  • Additional Filters = Click to add additional filters to generate the report.

    Select the additional filter and click Add.

  • Click Update Report after selecting all the filters.
  • Click by providing a name to save the filter options selected. The saved filter report will be displayed in the Select Report list.
  • Click to delete the saved filter report.
    Note: Only the Saved Filter Report can be deleted.
