Parameter Description
RMNLMAT Setting this parameter ignores nonlinear materials specified in the model. Typically, certain nonlinear materials are completely ignored while other nonlinear materials are linearized.
  • MATS1, MATVE, MATVP, MCIRON, MATFVE, and MATTVE Entries are dependent nonlinear material entries and are completely ignored during the analysis.
  • MATHE, MGASK, MCOHE, and MCOHED materials are internally converted into MAT1 Entries containing a corresponding linearized version of the nonlinear material.
